Tori Amos, Hammersmith Apollo, London 16 January 2002

I didn't really pay attention when getting the ticket so I didn't realize I got the standing ticket right at the back until I got to the gig. Fucks sake. But it didn't matter in the end. Tori sauntered onstage like a goddess and for the most of it it was just her and her piano and keyboard. Her voice was resoundingly powerful and she was just sexy (I say this in a non-lesbian but more of a huge fan way). I was hoping she would play "Silent All These Years", my favourite song but alas it was not to be.
