Roots Manuva, Underworld, Camden, London September 2003

This was before old Rootsva hit the mainstream and the first time I ever heard Witness and it blew me away. The venue was bloody disgusting - I know I'm supposed to like the Underworld for its street cred blah blah blah but it was hot, the people were sweaty and Roots only came on at midnight. But he brought the place down and I've never seen so many middle-class white boys dancing ;)
