Roots Manuva feat Asian Dub Foundation and Chuck D, Somerset House, London 20 July 2004

Somerset House is such a cool venue to hold concerts. A bunch of us went for the annual Channel 4/Somerset House event. ADF were good. Chuck D was on for like 2 seconds and shouted stuff like "Fuck Blair" a few times and disappeared. I think he was trying to be political. Ahem anyway good old Rootsva did not disappoint but by this point in his career he had already become mainstream and must have been so sick of playing Witness.
